Hargeysa (Somaliland.Org)- Taliye Ku xigeenka ciidanka Booliska Somaliland Cabdiraxmaan Liibaan Axmed ayaa tababar ugu soo xidhay dugsiga tababarka ciidanka ee Mandheera 300 oo askari oo boolis ah oo muddo 15 maalmood ah tababar xirfadeed oo ku wajahan ilaalinta xuquuqda aadamaha.

 

Tababarkan oo la xidhiidhay barashada ilaalinta xuquuqda aadanaha waxay qeyb ka tahay mashruuca dib u habaynta ciidanka Booliska oo ay ka faa’iidaysteen illaa sadex kun oo askari waxay dufcadani ahayd tii tobnaad ee qaatay tababarkan oo ay iska kaashadeen Wasaarada Daakhiliga iyo Ha’yada UNDP.

 

Taliye ku xigeenka ciidamada booliska C/raxmaan Liibaan Fooxle, ayaa ciidamada dhamaystay tababarkan u soo jeediyay inay xirfadii la baray ay ku dabaqaan hawl maalmeedkooda shaqo iyo waajibaadka culus e e ay u hayaan bulshada.

 

Taliye Ku xigeenku waxa uu intaasi ku daray inay sii wadi doonaan tababarada noocan oo kale ah si ciidamada xirfadooda ciidanimo loogu kaabo barashada ilaalinta xuquuqda aadanaha.

 

C/Raxmaan Liibaan Axmed, waxa uu soo dhaweeyay socdaalkii Madaxweynaha Somaliland uu ku soo dersay xaalada gobolada bariga dalka waxaanu tilmaamay in socdaalkaasi ahaa mid faa’iido u lahaa bulshada oo Madaxweynuhu ugu kuur galaym xaalada dalka.

Human Rights kulahaaa...

 

Its a welcome change for the average police officer but I detest these patternalistic "development" and "human rights" projects initiated by the aid industries. They lack complete understanding of the Somali situation.
