Abtigiis Posted October 6, 2011 Inaalilaahi wa inaa ilaahi raajicuum! Allah yarxam. She did not die. She is immortal. She will live forever through our memories and moments of happiness. She will wake up from the grave everytime we rejoice with her timeless melodies. Aawayhee,,,waxaan u ooyaa u oomaa aawadaa,,, What a voice, what a talent. I watched her in Addis Ababa stadium in late 1990s along with Mohamed Wardi and she impressed and made us the few somalis in the stadium proud. She sang Aster's "Ishururu" and the Amhara's marvelled at her sound. She was a jewel, she will remain a jewel. Sad day for Somali art.

Sidoo kale waxay ahayd Marwo sharaf leh, oo fanaaniinta oo dhami ay qadariyaan. Caruurteedii iyo eheladeedii illaahay samir iyo iimaan ha ka siiyo. NGONGE Posted October 6, 2011 We have two death threads on the site today. With Steve Job, people are listing all the inventions he made and talking about his company. I do hope that you guys don't follow suit and start belting out some songs on here. One day, we'll all go. Wonder what we'll leave behind!
