Basicly it says that Ismail Omar Gheele and Sheick Shariif are mediating between Somaliland and a faction of the SSC led by Garaad Jama and Xaglatoosiye. And that G6 group led by Ali khaliif Galeyr prebared a cabinet to be confirmed on the Khaatuma conference and they will lead the negoitation with Somaliland. Who will get to Hargeysa first? One group of the SSCalready joined Somaliland, group led by military leader Kayse, Khusuusu chairman and SSC treasurer Osman. And then there are the Garoowe Garaad's of Faroole.
