According to a report in an Indian newspaper, Somali sea pirates are receiving training in Pakistan to launch a proxy war against India. On August 14, the Indian Navy foiled a piracy attack after it rescued Iranian-flagged merchant vessel MV Nafis-1 off Mumbai.
