Boondheere Posted August 6, 2011 actually i do not attack personally but its fact that khawaariji supporters suport because of hate and cuqdad against people of mogadishu. even you.. people who does not have family in mogadishu are often supporters of suicide bombers al shabaab. the only reason they support actually is qabiiil and munaafqnimo

If Al-shabaab want to free Alaska, Alabama and East Africa, well they should go ahead and do so. Maybe come back to Somalia when they are done with that. I am not going to support some crazy idea that was putting my country into chaos. I need a peaceful Somalia, a peaceful Jubba.
Muslim1st-Somali2nd Posted August 6, 2011 Boondheere, I have a few questions for you akhi. Lets say Al shabaab has crumbled. What is the best way forward for Somalia? Do you really think AMISOM will establish the shariah law? Do you really think AMISOM and the western backed 'government' have the best interest of the Somali muslims by heart? I would apprectiate if you took some of your time to answer my questions. Peace.

Dabrow Posted August 6, 2011 Its good thing alshabab was kick out. Why? They failed to response to the people living there. They become impopular, from people whem they drow their support from. Its a logical. And Im no supporter of amisom slaughtering somalis but now mogadishu resident can live without fear of death behind every corner. We need slowly progress foward. Everybody knows that TFG either are friends of somalis and they will be kick out aswell by the people.

I'm certain a underground guerilla insurgency will follow now. They undoubtedly have cells that remained. Either way it'll be interesting to see how the TFG capitalizes on this. Im very pessimistic on that front.
The Zack Posted August 6, 2011 Che we won't let you withdraw your longtime support for shabaab that easy. You have supported them when they were doing worse.
Che -Guevara Posted August 6, 2011 Goldcoast-There's deep rift among their factions. This was initially caused by breakdown of relationship between Roobow and Godane factions. Roobow tribesmen paid the highest in terms of executing the war in Mogadishu. Awey's inclusion in AS ranks also raised tensions. The general treatment of the public by AS foot-soldiers was concern as the draconian rules imposed on the people became unbearable and finally, their response to the droughts was amazingly inhumane. Bay, Bakool and Gedo factions were absolutely opposed to the idea of chasing international NGOs since it is residents from these regions that were dying the most. Zack-I don't run away from anything.
