I'm not objecting a nominal, ceremonial gesture/exercise from the PL government and her people but had the most of the resources invested be diverted to less fortunate Somalis in deep south. I would personally rejoiced.

PL is not a breakaway state but is part and parcel of the Somali republic "Puntland state of Somalia"
