But, what matters, is that the PR missive letter that announce this visit, did not contained the word "Somaliland" in it's verbiage. And, that, to him, is more significant, than a minister of a UK government coming to give an speech to a parliament

Tell him to wait until the Minister's speech at the Parliament comes and someone should count how many times the Minister says the word "Somaliland" in that speech ,,, :D

Hargeisa (JSLTimes.com) -The president of the republic of Somaliland Mr. Ahmed Mohamed

Mohamud known as Sillaanyo meets today at his office in the presidential palace

with British delegation headed by the minister in charge for African affairs to

the British government Mr. Henry Bellingham who paid an official visit to

Somaliland and the visit is expected to last for one day.

 

President Siilaanyo briefed the minister about the general situation in Somaliland.

 

The two sides discussed the bilateral cooperation between Somaliland and Britain. This is

being told in a press release issued today from the presidential palace.

 

“The president of Somaliland Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Mohamud Siilaanyo today meets with delegation

headed by the minister in charge of African affairs to UK Mr. Henry Bellingham.”

 

President Sillanyo told the British delegate about the political, economic, and the security situation

in Somaliland. Mr. Siilaanyo deeply indebted the role of the British government plays when it comes to the development on different areas.

 

The president further briefed greatly missions concerning development based on cooperation between Britain and Somaliland which has a profound impact on community service be it health, education, justice, and peace on which British government provides economic assistance and technics to Somaliland government.

 

Mr. Siilaanyo further pointed out that he is too excited about the British government expanding as well as enhancing the economy allotted to Somaliland. He told the delegation about Somaliland’s long term strategy be it providing basic needs to Somaliland people, and strengthening peace in Somaliland.

 

The minister responsible for African affairs to the British government Mr. Henry Bellingham spoke at the meeting and he praised the people and government of Somaliland in their efforts to sustain security, develop their life, and have close working relation with the International community.

 

The minister reaffirmed that it is time that the cooperation between Britain and Somaliland to bear fruit.

 

He added that there is great need to create business atmosphere which enable foreign investment that Somaliland is about to get from Britain and the rest of the International community.

 

Finally, Mr. Henry talked deeply about how Britain and Somaliland cooperate on security of the Horn of Africa, fight against piracy, and terrorism.

:D ... It is understandable. We all know they're telling the world that there are pirates in Laasqoray which is good for Somaliland.
