On the one hand they are claiming through words that they would welcome any people from the south. Okay that's good but actions speaks louder than words. It wasn't long ago that a war broke out over a few wells dug by a neighbouring tribe on what they claimed to be land belonging to them. sax we have to be carful who we let in. we are buildin nation here and we dont need troublemakers. Mustafe Posted July 24, 2011 I highly doubt that Somalis can be prevented from entering and living in S/land whether its recognised or otherwise. And the same should apply with all the other Somali regions. I also find it hard to believe that non native S/landers are registered, .. Somalis in general are sneaky and have a natural talent to enter illegally into alien countries where they don't even know how to say hello in those countries' languages, out-maneuver their laws so they can live in peace, thrive and start businesses, lol. Which means for other Somalis living in Smaliland living there comfortably should be a walk in the park, and in anycase the average S/lander is hospitable and completely at ease with IDPs or other economic refugees living there in peace. Its only few people and the odd politician who might want to politicize the issue for their reasons known to them alone.

Farmaraa, Somaliland is a nation of many of many qabiils, and will continue to be so. The good news for you is that all Somalis will be welcome no matter where they are from, and live there happily, provided ofcourse they follow its rules and laws:). Farmaraa Posted July 24, 2011 Mustafe, I know that and everybody knows your three cities belongs to only one single Qabiil. How one clan based entity can become a nation ??? God bless Somali Republic.
