Somaliland: Labour Minister to attend meeting in Kenya

Somaliland minister for labor and family affairs Ms. Ilhan Mohamed Warsame today departs for the Kenyan capital of Nairobi.

 

The labour minister is expected to attend a high level meeting which is supposed to be taken part by international donors and the essence of the meeting is to discuss the best way forward for implementing employment opportunities for Somaliland people.

 

Before she was about to leave for Kenya, Ms. Ilahan spoke to local media and told that she is going to represent Somaliland at the meeting in which the International donors organized.

 

She further added that International Labor Organization known as ILO and Somaliland will get together and will have face to face meeting in which the main topic of discussion is come up a strategic plan of establishing a close working relationship between the donors and Somaliland.
