Majority of Somali parliament members have voted for the Kampala accord, this means major decisions wil be made by IGAD and not the parliament themselves (now legally). And the decision are made else where people take this lightly but its a serious issue when the late Mr cheese was told to resign there was nothing he could do he does not control Buhuku and the Ugandan mercenaries and the orders came from Kampala and he does not have loyal clan Militia like the warlords back in he days.
