I see more diversity in that picture among leaders from different regions in Somalia, then I do in NW Somalia's Hargeysa admin.

 

Look at the trip to South Sudan, the so-called FM and president resembled a family trip.

could kill people, these lot in that picture, would of have died long time ago. Much less to be said, that we would of heard from them any of their silly and guff talk about the notion of

"Sovereignty of Somalia"

from any one of their lips. Since, no such thing exist today, in the real sense of that word!

 

But, then, again, these are the sort of folks in whose their mind the notion of a

"functioning state"

is no more than the idea of attending the latest

"photo-opportunity"

that could be going in anywhere in the world, indeed. Hence, one ought not expect too much from them, in the first place.

So if Somalia is a failed state what does it make your enclave if it chooses to be part of a delegation where the TFG health minister is the Chief delegate?
