Every year, thousands of the maids run away from their employers in Saudi Arabia.

 

Often physically or mentally scarred, they find themselves in a legal limbo. In Saudi Arabia, the consent of employers or "sponsors" is needed before any worker can leave the country.

 

It's great to hear people are waking up more and more to the evil that arabs are and the abuse they give out to those who are dark skinned.

Their evil nature? So what some people do means everybody does it? You're just an atheist, you yourself know that if your views would be known to your closest Somali friends or family that you would get a beating that would hospitalize you for ever.

 

Their tyranny (that is the people who do it) is aimed at poor workers, their colour doesn't matter. As the same thing happens to Pakistanis etc. that sometimes are even lighter then them.

 

Besides what nature are you talking about? Saudis haven't been killing themselves for the last 20 years. You don't believe it ofcourse, but if you insult one person that person can take your Hasanat on Yawm al-Qiyamah, you just insulted an entire country, imagine that.

1979? what exactly happened in 1979? Credibility? Did I say anything anti-UK? Did I declare war on the infidels? I just said you shouldn't judge an entire people for what some have done. If we look at the majority of pedophiles/child rapists here in the west, they happen to be white (ratio wise of course) does that mean we can call all of them pedos? Some Somalis kill each other for no reason, by name of Diin, Qabeel etc. does it mean that you're one of them? There was a thread on Stormfront saying we Somalis are animals, just because they look at what some of us were doing.

The article describes a factual phenomenon. That Arab countries have done next to nothing to prevent these abuses says quite a lot about them and their level of 'islaanimo' even if a minority of people are actually doing the abuse.

So would the Somaliland, Puntland, Djibouti governments arrest rich nationals for torturing poor people from other countries? Saxib, people make porn movies in Somaliland and get released. Where is their Islamnimo? Look at your own country before judging others.

^And your point is? I can judge whomever I want - if the shoe fits. I love these folks who make silly arguments about 'don't judge others' as if one's opinion is circumscribed by not offending others or by simply telling the truth. Or as is in this case 'don't judge lest ye be judged' - go ahead judge Somalia - it's a failed state and is in a worse situation than Arab countries. Happy now? This topic is about Arab Madams and maid abuse - if you are unable to make a judgement about whether this behaviour is right or wrong and its toleration by respective governements - then make way for folks who have the moral cojones.

 

I don't subscribe to Arab bashing but nor am I going to condone wrong behaviour in some misguided sense that they are our brothers or that we share a religion etc.
