Apparently some local Maakhir Militia arrested Garowe intelligence officers and some Garowe Militia and pis attacked the local maakhir Militia in eastern dhahar district that's what the feud is about.

I think It's a matter of time when Abdi Jamal, IlkaJir and the rest of the hired agents of Puntland face similar clashes upon their every attempt to visit Maakhir Territory as to showcase or pay the dues of their loyalty. Very sad we have self-serving individuals posing as the legitimate leaders of this vast region.

He is from Dhahar but I have been following closely developments in the region. The political landscape has definately shifted in favor of an alternative solution. Mr. Jamal's support for PL's scorched-earth policies of Haylaan and western Bari regions in order to settle some accounts with his arch-enemy has cost him the comfort of ever visiting his native land peacefully. This is not the first time that Mr. Jamal and his private militia got rebelled off by the residents of the city. But it clearly marks how Garowe admin is so unpopular in the region despite the fact that Faroole and his friends have used every trick in the playbook to galvanize inter-clan conflict in the name

of fighting terrorism. That card has definitely failed as far as domestic issues is concerned.

Nassir: FYI, those bunch of secessionists are not cross-examining you to understand the source of the conflict thus, no need of going in detail with them. Teeda kale, Maakhirities don't need to re-invent the wheel - Good learning case would be the SSC region. All the political mishaps of my community are an asset for Maakhir as such they can realize their dreams with the minimum resource.

Taleexi, Well said saxib. I support SSC's popular movement, for its gain can reverse our regions predicament. The evolution of SSC into a strong force to reckon with gladdens me. And if it does survive against this fierce battle of invasion, manipulation and treachery, the Maakhir regions shall follow suit and even share the fruits of a viable stability and progress. No longer will Sool & Sanaag regions be labeled as disputed territories in the future .
