Aaliyyah Posted June 1, 2011 Bilan lol hun I had the feelings too. Anyways, it doesn't matter one bit. It makes no difference at all whether someone has one nickname or 10 nicknames. Whatever flies with them! salaam
The Zack Posted June 1, 2011 OdaySomali;725132 wrote: I'm not so sure about everything that you have said. I would have thought they couldn't care whether they fight each other or not. Can you explain to me "the ethiopians simply cant risk conflicts btw those two". Ethiopia wants neither Puntland nor Somaliland crashed to the ground. It wants things to stay the way they are so they can take orders from her. That is why it doesn't want to see war between the two entities. Ethiopia wants neither strong Somalia nor total chaos in Somalia. It wants mini states that can keep the peace in its borders but won't be big enough to have a say on any thing. The status quo is working great for Meles, Somaliduse are too busy on one another to see that big picture. that is why Ethiopia doesn't want to recognize Somaliland as a separate country because it knows the minute it does, the chances of orders being taken from Addis would be slim. You feeling me?
Aaliyyah Posted June 1, 2011 ^ lol I skipped answering his question on purpose. It is self explanatory asaguna wuu war haya marka qofku is yeelyeelo wa laga socda LOL..but its okey hadad far wawayn ugu qortay! it doesn't hurt! salaam
Saalax Posted June 1, 2011 The Zack isn't that strange though if other somalis know the recognition of Somaliland is actually good in the present day and will limit the influence of Ethiopia in the somali peninsula yet at the sametime they are against it. Som@li Posted June 1, 2011 The guy, ODAYSomalinader, is a duplicate, I thought he took my advice. Mate, is no big deal if you declare your secessionist views. Zack, You are seeing a bigger picture, but how about if some pple are happy with the status quo, if they feel the mini states is all they ever wanted, their only ambition?goal? and can not see beyond the horizon, blinded by hate and fear? and rather be a servant of Meles, than help his somali brothers, when one feels the child born in Addis is closer to the one born in Mogadishu? how do you convince them to drop that? Aaliyyah Posted June 1, 2011 when one feels the child born in Addis is closer to the one born in Mogadishu? lol there is nothing that you can do about it ..albaabka haday kasii baxayaan waa loo sii balaaqa! who cares walahi!..it is just a matter of them knowing where their borders end that is the issue. No one cares abt the recognition they are crying after, who is forcing them to stay with Somalia...no one!!...it is just a matter of them finding a different way to go about it instead of killing innocent people and causing bloodshed! To my opinion this war that they started will only make them farther from the recognition they seem to be blidned with....after all more bloodshed/more killings means more instablity. So I have no idea where they got this bubble that they will secure some border? waxa moda dhul dad leheen! salaam
Saalax Posted June 1, 2011 Som@li i always hear they should help their southern brothers like Somaliland is some sort of World superpower when infact it's just a third world african unrecognized breakaway state thanks to the fact they have no actual recognition. I guess Uganda, Burundi is not enough? No recognition = Not so powerful thus can't not help South Somalia much.
Som@li Posted June 1, 2011 Saalax, And why do you think SL is not willing help? is it lack of resources? or not wanting to for political gains? I believe it is the later, as the conferences are always funded by International communities.
Saalax Posted June 1, 2011 I believe it's a bit of both. Somaliland is clever enough not to get themselfs involved in the mess that is the South it will drain the little resources they saved and army they built over the years and it's a bad move for Somaliland politically speaking. Good salaax, thanks for being honest, Some SL will deny that, SL is selling its self to world, and always report the negative of famine, war of their brothers in south, hopping that they will be noticed. (Even if you look, what XX and other SL post here, it is always the negative news on Somalia), It is very sadistic and cruel thing to do, to watch your brothers kill each other for 20 years, hoping at their misery, and destruction, you will be noticed, and recognized. Aaliyyah Posted June 1, 2011 It is clear why somaliland wouldnt help with the chaos happening in hamar. Stable hamar would mean a brighter future for somaliwayn and that wasn't good for the image somaliland was trying to sell that it is peaceful and more progressive than somaliwayn!.. Not that it is peaceful anymore, waging war on innocent ppl in the SSC regions all for the gain of some so called recognition. From my understanding after that image of being peaceful did not fly they resorted to their last desperate move to wage war on SSC and try to gain SSC regions..but trust me that will never happen and like i said earlier will only farther them from that so called recognition.. Saalax Posted June 1, 2011 Som@li What about the Somaliland Businessmen that donate to the brothers in the South? We should not only focus on the negative things Somalilander's do regarding southerners but also the postive things they do for the brothers in Koonfuria. Donations from Shirkada Dahabshiil to Bardheere. http://www.togaherer.com/2011/05/29/shirkadda-dahabshiil-oo-baardheere-ugu-qaybisay-barokacayaal-taakulo-sahay-ah/
