Nina Fox Posted August 2, 2011 I wouldn't recommend marrying your relatives. God forbid if anything goes wrong, familyaasha isma salamayaan. When my grandmother passed away, my grandpa waxaa la siiyeey gabar ee eedo u tahay to take care of the kids. She ended up having kids of her own and my habaryars and abti are also my second cousins.....Go figure. I find that extemely wierd and irksome.
Saalax Posted August 2, 2011 I don't agree with the concept guurka sokeeye only because i was born from two distinct groups kk. Seriously though in this present timeline knowing the complex situation in the Somali Peninsula most Somali's tend to stick to what they know (A). (their own clan), (B)surrounding neighbour groups, or © marrying from the group of their maternal side.
