People of Caabudwaaq continue cleaning the city despite heavy rain causing floods *PICTURES*

The people of Caabudwaaq have been cleaning the city for the last two weeks as they are hosting the Ahlu Sunna Wal Ja'ma meeting that is taking place in 1 July......also the UN will be openning their offices and buildings after they visited the city 3 weeks ago.

^ That is the cleaning in progress. This space u can see in these pictures used to be small maqaayado built illegally, so they demolished and that is the process !

Those rubbish you see are parts of buildings that were demolished. They are destroying buildings that block roads. They are also cleaning the streets. Those pictures you are seeing is where they put all the rubbish which later be burned or dumped in a suitable place. Here are some more pictures........

The same UN's buildings and offices in Garowe and Hargeisa will be established in Caabudwaaq. The UN came to Caabudwaaq few weeks ago, seeing whether it's a safe place......they admired the city and praised the peace and security.........they have agreed to bring their offices to Caabudwaaq.......this is a good thing for Central Somalia......also the Prime Minister has ordered the UN's main offices in Nairobi to come to Mogadishu within 90 days.......which looks promising....!
