Looking for babies names

Hi ladies,

I am an african woman who is thankful to Lord for giving me a baby after 5years now and I decided to give an ethiopian name

I don't know yet if it will be a boy or girl but could you please help me in sending me some beautiful short names for both, ideally with their meanings?

I dnt know any ethiopian names but here are some arabic names that you might like,

 

Nadia - Caller

Nawaal - Gift

Amal- Hope, Aspiration

Aaliya -Exalted, noble, highest social standing

Yasmin - Another way of saying Jasmine..a name of a flower.

Hanan- Mercy

Hanad - my favourit Somali names- don't know what it means though.

^Not many nice names for girls and the nice ones are way too common. Both my girls have Arabic names.

 

No need to apologies, Aida. I just don't think many people here know Ethiopian names.

 

Add.. Kenadiid, Keynaan, Libaan and Magan (I love this name) to the boys names.
