Somalia: state collapse as well as communal failure to be avoided

Historically, Somalia was mere collection of hard-nosed; obstinate ethnicities of different backgrounds; before European explorers reached the Horn, the people who lived there very little is known about them and had no records whatsoever since they were unlettered.
