A parliament that has in the past 8 years passed no laws, passed no motions of any import, who at least 25% whose members have not attended a single sitting, and 80% have not attended more than 50% of sittings, whilst collecting the UNDP salaries. A parliament of rats for sale to the highest bidder and is focused only on providing voices and support to what ever factional dispute that is the flavor of the day.
