Mohamed Abdi Hashi lost an election in which his sub clan voted for cade Muse, while the delegates from Mudug all voted for him.

Puntland current speaker, VP, Minister of Interior, are all from Different clans, can we compare that to the SNM?

You are almost right salaxo the maakharians hold 9 seats in the pirate Parliament. The Garaads have 17 seats , Goldogob 4 seats the rest belongs to the SSDF clan Family. if you add the garaads and the maakhirians and reer Goldogob all together the SSDF clan family still has more seats in the parliament then their clan cousins which will give them overwhelmingly majority and every time they hold clan selections the ssdf Boys will secure the president undisputedly. Yeah the fact is Puntland has a more inclusive system than the fake secessionist democracy. This includes all the clans that live in that region.
