The investigation has identified Amin Abdi JAMA (25) as the accused and police are seeking his whereabouts, as a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Two photographs of Amin Abdi JAMA are attached; it is believed he is still in the Fort McMurray area. At this time police do not believe that the general public is at risk.
