Asaniya will only minimise this threat as they conduct there own operations in the south threatning Shababs power base(Kismayo).Its clearly an order from Ethiopia which doesnt like the clan of the man leading asaaniya, moreover they withdrew from Beledxaawo and Luuq back to dolow so Shabab can put most of there muscle on Dhoobley and Ceelwaaq where the TFG(Asaaniya ) forces are situated, so once Shabab defeated them they could come back with there lackeys and fight Shabab.However this backfired and Asaaniya has recieved much aid from Kenya(Who are at odds with Ethiopia on Jubbaland) as Gandi has important lines of communications to Kenya's gov, From the Kenyan defence minister(Yusuf Xaji) to deputy speakers of parliament(Farax Dawara) and much of the NFD MPs aswell as large support from both the ODM and Kibaki's party who have mutual interests with asaaniya state which is the defeat of Shabab and the normalisation of the border.The talk about Kenya seeking Jubbalands resources is bollocks, Somalia is a sovereign state and Asaniya state will function as a state of Somalia.It will act within the powers and the jurisdiction mandated to any state of Somalia.

 

The final phase of building asaaniya will be completed within the borders of Jubboyinka, Gandi has only been appointed as the president, it was agreed after the 6 day meeting in Limuru that the parliament, the cabinet, and the full Guurti will be declared once Shabab is routed.For now consultations and diologue will continue ahead of that large meeting and further reconcilliatory meetings which will take place in Jubboyinka.

 

The people already making conclusions are only satisfying there own preconcieved biases and have no appetite to see what this is about and what the process has been to reach this goal or where the next steps will go?

 

lastly Al-shabab controls much of the region and Asaniya has not fully declared a Government because of this, its a wait and see game but Asaaniya has come up with the most convincing signs of an organized entity to replace Shabab and they have backed there words with swift action on the ground.So anyone with an alternative come forward or shut it.
