Does an oil seep definetively prove that there is exploitable reserves in the area? I know of many somali areas with such oil seeps lakiin I wonder what the geologicak explanation could be??

In other regions they have to dig it for kilometres before they reach oil... but in our case, the oil is screaming to be let out of the ground.

For sure, there is abundance of oil in Somalia, and there are a lot oil seeps, But it is a waste if it is sitting there, and somalis are dying of poverty.
