Somaliland constitution limited three parties but theirs is possibility to have more political Associations which can take part in only local government elections. most ppl doesn understand diffrencies between political Associations and political parties country my have more political Associations but only the three associations which gain in the local election highest votes cast in every region could be recognised as a national political party.
