XX: You just contradicted yourself. Egaal & Tuur were two Somali warlords who fought it out along clan lines in NW Somalia. In their major battles they ended up destroying the city of Burco.

After his clan was defeated Tuur [Father of Somaliland] fled to the South, changed his mind about secession and ended up working for General Aydeed in Mogadishu.

 

Omar Arteh Ghalib was, a devious opportunist who took part in the Somali civil war. Then you have General Mohamd Ghalib, Osman Kaluun, Sifir and now Mohamed Abdullahi Omaar. All men from the NW and all players in every Somali reconciliation conference and Transitional entities. In fact the Somali TFG parliament has more than 70Mp’s from XX’s clan.
