In my opinion, hybrid effort is necessary for bringing Somalia to stand on her feet once more. Foreign interference is a must but much of its success rests on our shoulders. The reason the somali revolution in 1991 to topple siad bare was successful is because there was few Foreign interference hence the strongest of the species won and moved on with their lifes.
