Thankful Posted February 11, 2011 It's interesting that Xaaji can show the paid people that came out to celebrate the so-called political party rally....but you can't produce any evidence that anyone allowed ballot boxes in these same regions! In fact there was sadly (s)election officals that were attacked when they tried(AUN). We saw pics from the burco-hargeysa-bebera triangle and borama but nothing from Sool or Sanaag. The secessionists seem to fail to realize that if they feel they have the right to choose to be independent, than the people from Buhoodle would logically have the same right to determine their destiny. You can't claim like you always do that you formed a government after fighting for your independence from Somalia, and than turn around and say that every other community has to follow you without question! It ironic that your regional government in Hargeysa is saying they broke away from Somalia and that people from Buhoodle and the surrounding must follow this. It doesn't work that way!
