How's it possible not a single from Sool or Sanaag made it to president or even vice-president. 75% come from the enclave are from the same family! It seems more like a monarchy. How is it possible that one group has become president the majority of the time and the biggest area's have been excluded? I personally hope that Puntland adopts a rule that forbids people from certain regions that have already had a president come from their area from being allowed to run again for president until others have been allowed. The pride is obviously not found in the armed opposition groups! Anywho, the first two leaders can't be considered democratic appointments or transitions since Abdirahman Ahmed Ali Tuur {AUN}, courageously rejected the secessionist’s agenda and wanted to reconcile with the rest of the nation!
