Timur Posted January 30, 2011 Aw-Tarzaan Tuugo built a single fishing place and otherwise allowed the world's largest humanitarian situation to occur. Duqa Garowe has opened a new UN compound, new camps for IDPs despite local upheaval, a new butchery, paved roads (the second of its kind in Somalia next to Bosaso), a new university in the works, new health clinics in development, tons of new hotels creating jobs in the process, a new air field, hosting the Somali soccer tournament, the list is endless.
