Thats who the minister is speaking of. Anyways I am happy to see the business plan of Puntland and creation of factories in the smaller towns. Kind of like Xabo factory or Las Qoray Factory hala si wado shaqadu. Every town should have a factory. Its critical the business men take part because without them their can be no development.
