H.E. Mr. Abdulkareem Jama, Somali Minister of Information, Post and Telecommunications on the situation in Somalia

 

I was impressed by the Minister's eloquence and ability to put forward forward his case in a clear, coherent manner.

We need to see more people like this with technocratic abilities in the future.
