^You should see my medicine cabinet - full of supplements, I used to laugh at my vegan boss with his never ending suppliments of all sorts - anigi baa isagii kaa daree, alle naftu macanaa..loo. Thanks Sweetheart, will try the tumeric - there is something wonderfully mysterious about eastern spices..

Isn't there? I try to use fresh spices as much as I can, it's difficult to know how processed the powdered varieties are. But I miss London with its multitude of specialist shops. I know it's very easy to become addicted to buying supplements. I use to and then they would stay in the cupboard until I gave them away or chucked them. I currently only take iron and Vitamin C and not very consistently. What is it about Somalis and Anaemia?
