Malika Posted November 29, 2011 ^You should see my medicine cabinet - full of supplements, I used to laugh at my vegan boss with his never ending suppliments of all sorts - anigi baa isagii kaa daree, alle naftu macanaa..loo. Thanks Sweetheart, will try the tumeric - there is something wonderfully mysterious about eastern spices.. Oh yeah, when the trailer comes, iska daa going away - your whole life turns upside down..so enjoy trailer-less times..ha ha
Valenteenah. Posted November 29, 2011 Isn't there? I try to use fresh spices as much as I can, it's difficult to know how processed the powdered varieties are. But I miss London with its multitude of specialist shops. I know it's very easy to become addicted to buying supplements. I use to and then they would stay in the cupboard until I gave them away or chucked them. I currently only take iron and Vitamin C and not very consistently. What is it about Somalis and Anaemia? The trailers, I don't mind if a few hitched up to my Mini! We would go caravanning and happily!

But a true real friend isn't easily replaceable it's hard to find such person in the first place. There are too many fake friends, backstabbbers, frenemies (enemies in disguise) around on this world. Valenteenah. Posted November 30, 2011 Morning peeps. Well, it's afternoon now. Is there another strike, Malika? They come around often these days, don't they? Norf, I don't know. Maybe everyone will come up for air and have a nice conversation in the general section, talk about their day and their peeves. Or maybe one of the other forums will be hijacked.
