I want to know what our learned scholars say about this. We have mujslims who have made in the west everlasting homes, raising families and doing business. Are these people better off without lawyers from among themselves? If not how can this be acomplished without lerned counsels from Law schools?

no you can no do without lawyers and the two have nothing to with each other. furthermore, there are a lot of muslims lawyers not that its a good Idea to put the lawyers creed before their competence because at the end of the day, that is all you should care about.

salaams

if these muslims are in love with the non-muslim ways of the west then they are imitators and if they claim that tehy are living islam then they are wose than imitators and they are innovators!

Allah gave the people His deen - Islam - and He gave them His Messenger - Mohammed (PBUH) - and HE gave them His Law - Sharia. and if you go outside the deen and deny it then you are one of the kuffar and if you deny the Prophet then you are one of hte murtadeen - so what does that make you id you deny sharia and submit to the practices of the imitators instead of the Law of Allah? youre a sraight rejectionist and you cant make excuses for it

^What does one have to do to be labeled as a "western imitator"as you put it? Will driving a car for example make you imitate the "west" or wearing a colorful socks? My neighbor does that and it's kinda cute!!
