Warrior of Light Posted February 11, 2009 Jazkallah kheir.. Ive been looking for help for ages. Currently enrolled in a somali class 101 still having a hard time.. though I am happy alxamdullilah I could understand the basic words you wrote in af somali without consulting a xamuus. Help that I need is understanding the somali grammar. I have the vocab but cant construct sentences which make sense for daily life activities. Sir-Qalbi-Adeyg Posted February 11, 2009 ^ There is a somali class 101? Interesting. But it's 'qamuus'. aniga qamuuskaan baan isticmaalaa. http://www.somalism.com/dictionary.html As for grammer, maybe others can help, I just usually go for what sounds right in my head when it comes to somali grammer. peasant Posted March 25, 2009 ^Oh interesting. My ex-neighbor was a Romanian back in Mogadishu and she was a nurse married to a somali doctor. I heard she went back to Bucharest when the civil war broke out in somalia and some of her kids ended up in england. Sherban make your self welcome my friend.
