First of all it is xaram to check, since y'all would be in the act of "zinah". So here is what defies logic, us men always hate our egos to be questioned. Now if ur wife is good in bed, that would raise the question of, "who taught her, how many,how do i compare..etc", now i don't know about u, but curiosity will kill me. If love existed between you two without sex, why should it hinder your judgement of each other just because of sexual expertise? Sex is sort of the desert after ur long wait for each other, which makes it so much more appetizing! Besides i rather play the teacher's role, and watch her learn since we will have plenty of time with each other from then on!
