asalamu aleykum ladies and gentlemen...is anyone knows what is different windows 2000 server and the new windows 2003 server which is new server...any idea

no major difference! w3k supports .net which w2k doesnt! so if you are not gonna need .net which is bascially c sharp tools for internet programing (java version of ms) u dont need to upgrad to w3k.
