Conspiracy Posted May 5, 2003 WK=Windows Key WK + E = Open windows explorer WK + R = Open the RUN dialog box WK + F = File and folder search dialog box (U can also search by pressing F3 to search the currently selected folder in windows explorer) WK + M = Minimize all open windows (u can also hold down the shift key while you click the X in a window to close all the windows which preceeded it.) WK + SHIFT + M = Resize windows to previous state after WK+M -Some OS's can take a picture of the currently active dialog box by pressing CTRL+ALT+Print Screen To Modify your internet expolerer or any other windows software windows key + R. Run regedit cmd which are the ones i use most... by the way. For all those XP users out there... WK + R type in regedit search in HKEY_Current_User expand Software expand Microsoft expand Internet Explorer click on Main search through the right frame until you find something that should say Window Title. Right click on it and click Modify, and change this to whatever you want. CTRL+F with keyword, very useful to highlight something on active page, when dont want to read or overfly. ALT+F4 evrybody knows it( to close active window). CTRL+Z or Y to undo action. Quite -Storm Posted May 23, 2003 Thx for the tips guys.......i have one for IE........ when you surfing the net and you want to type an address like......www.Yahoo.com you can short cut it bye just typibg...........Yahoo and then hold CTRL Key and press ENTER key. When you want to print somthing from the screen......On your Keyboard look for this key is after F12 key......PrtSCSysRq........press it and then what you do is you open Photoshop program if you have it installed or Paintshop and open a new file and then click on EDIT and click on PASTE and whatever you captured will be pasted there.
