SomaliaOnline-President Posted January 7, 2003 Does anyone know of any somali telecom companies? It could be either wireless, or fixed line telecom companies. I know of NationLink, BurcoTell, and Punt-tel (sp?). But if anyone else knows more----please post it here. This is just one thing i like looking it up on Google. SomaliaOnline-President Posted January 21, 2003 I have heard of GALCOM, and i know they have a website on the Net. Both Galcom, and NationLink have websites on the net. Would any of you believe if i said they are more *CELL-PHONE* users in Somalia, than they are those who use land line phones? Yea, its amazing, and its now becoming a common thing in all of Africa. Cellphones are outgrowing land line phones. Its just amazing.
