Juje Posted August 31, 2009 The guy was in Xamar untill recently , collected the wages for the government soldiers in Hiiraan. Once he gets there he resigns. So much for his resignation, I dont think it carries that much weight or importance with the TFG - that is his choice - but whatever the case he must hand over the 'money' now that soldiers already know he collected their wages from the Central government.
