I'm as focused on Somalia as you are to SL. I was also born in Mogadisho believe it or not..But I don't call it it home.

^Sweetheart Somalis like Che regard Somaliland as a region that is part of Somalia. As such they would be talking about a region of their country. You on the other hand see Somaliland as a separate country - distinct, independant and better. Well why would a citizen of another 'country' like you be so focused on the country they've done so much to get away from? That is the real question.

Clearly - you haven't figured the first thing out. I'll leave you to your wanderings.

So in the end, this is really about Somaliland, not so much about our obstacles. Why don't just ask why people are focused on Somaliland instead beating around the bushes.

LooooooooooL@Jb..You must be in the twilight zone or living in vacuum.

If Somalis today started to claim Kenya..I'm pretty sure the locals will question that. The people will then try to figure out what their priorities are.

Will the locals from Kenya care to talk about what's going on in Somalia if the Somalis were not claiming their land as theirs? Ottawa must be really cold "eh"
