saxib, the burcow bandow is practical if any of you have been to burco you would understand. unlike Hargaisa, Borama or Erigavo Burco is on flat land, people can get it from any direction for that reason it makes sence to control the movement of traffic at night.

I guess it's for making the cities security safer and sound , we don't want burco to turn out like Galckayo/Bosaso in terms of security.
