Public Works Minister of Somaliland on a working visit to Sool

Las Anod(Qaran)-A delegation led by the Somaliland minister of Public Works and Housing, Mudane Siciid Sulub has made a wide range inspection of all the government and regional facilities in the Sool region.

 

The delegation which recently embarked from the Somaliland capitol, Hargiesa, have been tasked with assessing the needs of the region along with extending the assistance of the Somaliland administration to the needs of the local officials.

 

During a visit to the Las Anod General hospital, Mudane Sulub delivered medical supplies designed to meet the next of the hospital for the next six months.

 

The delegation which consist of both central and local experts also visited the regional offices, the municipality centres, the main police station and custodial centre.

 

In brief remarks to the press, Mudane Sulub stated that it is the intentions of the Somaliland government and the people of Somaliland to help accelerate the development of the region and improve the lives of the people of Sool.

 

The delegation plans to continue its comprehensive assessment of local needs for the foreseeable future.
