Politics, the trick that the Devil used to rip the souls of men and instill dirt within it

It can swallow like Jaws

 

To make poor kids steal from stores

And stab justice in the heart with a dagger while it sleeps

 

And creep up on love while it sleeps and eat it with blooded teeth

 

 

To Trample on world Peace

 

Politics,Gave you historical treaties

 

That gamble on the Human species

 

Gave you racist scientific thesis

 

That made less sense than Faeces

 

Politics sure it aint Easy

 

But it gave the poor the power of revolution

 

To seek contribution

 

And retribution

 

Gave the power to the sons of peasants

 

To dream of touching the stars and crescents

 

To make power taste pleasant

 

It gave speech its eloquent essence

 

So the fools couldn't comprehend

 

like dead presidents that give lessons from the grave

 

Instructing the fools on how to be brave

 

Whilst the mothers plead with their sons " please stay"
