Kismaayo bound for another conflict - Jubbaland Battleground?

A group of four xildhibaano of the same qabiil led by dagaal-ooge Barre Hiiraale traveled to Kismaayo in hopes of resuscitating the illusive concept of Jubbaland; one that's intended to set up a regional separate entity headed by no other than JVA junior member Hiiraale. The problem is both the head of TFG and the Islamic Courts have opposed such administration taking place in the past, especially one that lacks the participation and the blessings of the locals. Rumor has it Kismaayo populace not celebrating for this one-sided initiative spearheaded by a notorious warlord who have tyrannized and robbed the city for years and later joined the invading Ethiopian army.

 

Seriously, haven't we seen this film already?

 

Not too long ago, before the the courts army marched to the city, Yeey & Hiiraale, the highest officials of the government at the time, could not come to terms as to who would collect kareeto parking tickets, run the port, or does the daily administrative work. This is the president and the defense minister at odds over control of city resources. A record lowest point of warlordism? Then the courts come into the picture and restored peace and stability until TFG & Hiiraale led Amxaaro tanks just in time to ruin the peace. Now these two midgaans and dabodhilifs, Hiiraale & Yeey, brawling over the port city again?

 

Could this be Showdown Part Two?

 

Dabodhilif Hiiraale preparing his army to set up an imaginary admin in the pretext of peace and negotiations. All while ignoring the recent lessons, gravely failing to understand, persuade and convince the stake holders including his own employer, his own boss, and the backyard warrior Turki. With Indhacade roaming around the South, Tukri and Cayrow in the shadows, it's a matter of time before Hiiraale, takes off to Axmaaro camp in Baydhabo once again or reach out to his friends in Tel Aviv and Addis for air support.

 

Head of TFG released a press characterizing this move of Hiiraale as a non-governmental mission and non-governmental representation.
