Puntland elections : Candidates classification

 

The Puntland elections of 2009 is going to be the most competitive in history we have a number of diverse candidates with various different backgrounds and experience running for office.

 

The Dukes top 3 and in no particular order are.

Prof Farjac

Gen Abdullahi Jama

Dr Muxiyadiin Cali Yuusuf

 

The second tier of candidates are led by

Nurudin Diriye

Gen Cade Muse [incumbent]

Dr Faroole

 

The rest of the are long shots and some have started to give up.

 

Its an interesting time we live in
