the Academy for Peace and Development has just released full text pdf versions of its reports "A Vote for Peace" on Somaliland's parliamentary elections and "Local Solutions" on the decentralisation process. Both summarize findings of entry point programmes undertaken under the Dialogue for Peace since 2004.
