somaliland has only been in town for short while but you can alrady see the difference between the old corruption riddled puntland administration which never lifted a finger and the current somaliland administration who give reall power and resources to local government.

 

the former adminitration never really did what local municipality is suppose to do for the city such as have proper police force that are paid, clean the city, pay staff on time, collect revenue build roads etc etc.

 

because at the end of the day thats whats makes a difference to peoples lives.

 

 

ITS ALL ABOUT WINNING HEARTS AND MINDS, with good old fashioned hard work and good governance.

 

indeed these ideals is what our young nation stands for and what all its citizens desserve to live under.
