From what I've noticed Cadde Muuse seems to be the best thing that happened to Puntland. The man is clearly aiming to strengthen the region through economic empowerment and sound security. You are a double edged sword sxb, sometimes I smell hypocrisy and double meanings in your posts, but Cadde Muuse should so far be applauded for his work.

u dont have to tell me how my president is the next best thing to my state. unlike the other puntland presidents c/yussef, j/c/jaamac and m/xaashi, general c/musses star is rising into the level of famous somali singers. ppl love him in every province. not only his actions now, but also his history proves that. i read a book by an ssdf veteran and he spills the beans about how the shit went in the ssdf. basically c/musse was always the peacemaker whereas c/yussef was the troublemaker.

Correction: Jama Ali Jama has never held the title of 'Puntland President.' Perhaps, 'moryan sympathizer' is a befitting title for him.

 

PSS is a way to put all the security services under one branch, which will make security more effective because police, intelligence, frontier forces and prison police will all work together. Cadde is only making the security apparatus in Puntland more effective so that failures (like Galkayo) don't happen again. I'm all for it because I know the integrity of such men as Nuur Salaad (Puntland police commissioner) - a career police official who's held various posts under different leaders with respect to the organization and the people.
