These guys are only interested in controlling somalia via proxy warlords and the continuation of anarchy. The last thing eithopia wants is a united peaceful somalia.

 

I don't think they will ever leave somalia until the somali nation stops fighting against each other and confront them. These guys are laughing at us seeing this civil war continue
