STOIC Posted December 24, 2008 There is an extremely dog overpopulation in the US.Each year there are million of puppies and kittens born in the US so I doubt if the US has enough homes to shelter all the new dogs from Somalia.I suggest all the “Somali” dogs should be neutered.What say you?
